Acquired in partnership with Lendlease with Realside appointed as Asset Manager.
Vendor had invested over $110 million in capital expenditure improvements (plant and equipment) adding further discount to acquisition price.
Strategy focussed on repositioning to retain and attract tenants. Including, upgrade to tenant amenity across lobby, end of trip, conference facilities and wellness studio (gym), now complete.
