Realside launches the Adelaide Office Fund

Realside are pleased to confirm our acquisition of a 50% interest in 4 refurbished A-grade office buildings located in the Adelaide CBD and fringe. These assets will be held in the Realside Adelaide Office Fund.

The office buildings offer a diverse range of quality tenants including the State Government of South Australia and a staggered expiry profile across multiple tenants and locations, with a WALE of 5.7 years. Realside have joint ownership of these assets with a local Developer/Manager combining our active asset management expertise with active development and refurbishment capabilities.

The Realside Investment teams are focused on leveraging their expertise to source differentiated investment opportunities in Commercial Property and Private Debt. Both teams have a long track record of delivering consistent absolute returns for clients with a strong focus on capital preservation.
