Linda is CEO of Realside, overseeing the asset and funds management platform, including sourcing new opportunities, driving performance, and delivering risk-adjusted returns.
Linda has extensive experience in asset and investment management, across the office, industrial and retail sectors, with a key focus on driving outcomes and performance. Prior to joining Realside, Linda held senior positions with Knight Frank Australia and CBRE.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) through the University of Sydney, is a qualified surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Mark has a proven track record in the industry on a domestic and international level, having held roles at EG Funds, Dexus, and Lendlease. Along with more recently, Non-Executive Chairman of Bridge Housing Limited, where he assisted in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and governance.
In his capacity as an Advisor to the Board and Investment Committee, Mark will work with the Realside executive team, led by Linda Rudd as CEO and Mark Vonic, Founder across strategy, operations, capital partnerships, investments.
Mark has over 20 years of continuous property funds management experience in the Australian real estate industry. He has held roles that span the full spectrum of the real estate funds management industry, from acquisition to asset management, through corporate governance to capital raising. He has been involved in the start up of several funds management businesses, including in the UK, and has executed a China real estate strategy.
Mark has held various roles with Glenmont, Becton Investment Management, Orchard Funds Management, Primewest and Realside. Mark has a long track record of identifying investment opportunities for investors, often off market, that produce income and capital growth commensurate with the specific underlying real estate with a keen focus on the relationship between risk and reward.
Liddy McCall has more than 25 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking and building successful start-up businesses. Liddy is a non-executive director of ASX listed Argenica Limited and other unlisted companies. She is also a non-executive director of the Ear Science Institute Australia, a not‐ for‐profit organisation helping people with ear and hearing disorders. Liddy is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds qualifications in law and finance from the University of Western Australia & Australian National University.
Ian Gibson has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets. For much of the last 15 years Ian has acted as a Director, investment adviser and consultant to a range of financial groups and organisations. As well as being a Realside IC Member, Ian is a Director of Attunga Capital Pty Ltd (a power trading hedge fund), a Director of Regal Funds Management (a long/short equity hedge fund), an adviser to RPG Management Pty Ltd (family office), an IC Member of Atrium Investment Management (a multi-asset fund manager), a Director of Kilter Pty Ltd (a water and farmland asset manager) and a Director of Renew Power Group Pty Ltd (a renewable energy asset owner and developer). Previously, Ian was an equities analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Investment Management (H.K.) Ltd, an equities analyst at Potter Warburg/SBC Warburg and earlier in his career worked at the State Bank of New South Wales and BZW Australia. Ian holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Kevin is responsible for the overall finance and operation of the firm, including compliance, reporting strategic planning, information technology, and any funding requirements (debt and equity).
Kevin is an accomplished finance professional with 25 years of distinguished performance in the Property and Fund Management industry. Recently he was CFO of Fortius Funds Management for over 6 years. Prior to that he held a similar role with Nikko Asset Management, Grosvenor Fund Management, Balmain Commercial and DEXUS.
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and a follow of the Tax Institute.
Ingrid is the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. She ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Additionally, Ingrid oversees the Human Resources, and IT functions along with the co-ordination of the ESG strategy across the business. Ingrid was previously the Finance Manager at Fortius/Growthpoint for 8 years and before that worked for Arcadia Fund Management as a Trust Accountant.
Ingrid is a chartered accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand.
Claire is the Executive Team Assistant at Realside. With 8 years experience in Operations across the Finance, Real Estate and Legal industries.
Claire delivers operational support across the executive and finance teams. She coordinates investor relations reporting and facilitates relationship management across the portfolio’s stakeholders.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Rebecca is responsible for implementing and executing the strategic objectives of the real estate portfolio, primarily focusing on 108 St Georges Terrace in Perth.
Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in property management industry. Prior to joining Realside Rebecca worked as an Asset Manager at Mirvac, an ASX listed Australian property group, overseeing the strategic performance of two significant West Australian assets. Over the course of her career Rebecca has worked in a variety of asset classes including commercial, retail and industrial however over the last 10 years she has worked primarily on Prime grade assets in the Perth CBD.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, Queensland.
Logan is an Asset Manager at Realside, with a keen focus on driving asset performance and capital growth in the real estate portfolio. Logan works closely with the team in the sourcing, feasibility, and acquisition of new property investment opportunities that deliver risk-adjusted returns.
Prior to joining Realside, Logan worked as a Portfolio Analyst at Primewest and Centuria Capital Group, an ASX listed specialist investment manager, overseeing the performance analytics along with the internal and external valuation management of the Retail Daily Needs and Large Format Retail portfolio nationally.
Logan is an experienced Commercial Property Valuer (CPV) and Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS), having provided Valuation and Property Advisory services across majority of market sectors for some of the largest high-net worth private landowners and a number of global institutional grade REITs in Australia, London and throughout the United Kingdom.
Lauren is an Asset Manager at Realside, dedicated to optimising financial and operational outcomes of the Asset Portfolio. Driven by a passion for improving asset performance, Lauren proactively identifies opportunities to enhance profitability, leverage risk and streamline operations.
With over 8 years of experience in the Commercial Property industry, Lauren has held roles at Knight Frank and Aqualand Australia, where, Lauren managed a diverse range of assets, implemented proactive management initiatives and oversaw the overall asset strategy including capital improvement projects to drive superior financial outcomes.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Accounting and Management. Additionally, Lauren has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and is a Registered Real Estate Agent.
Varun is the Finance Manager in the Realside Property Team and is responsible for the operational and fund accounting aspect of the various property funds. This includes oversight of unit pricing, performance reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, tax and debt advisory.
With over 13 years’ experience in finance and property funds management Varun has held various finance roles at Cuscal, Brookfield and Goodman Group.
Varun holds a Bachelor of Business and is qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAA) and a registered tax agent.
Bibiana is the Finance Manager in the Realside Property team and has has over 15 years’ experience in finance, property accounting and real estate.
Bibiana was previously Director of Client Financial Services at Knight Frank Australia, delivering property financials services across the portfolios of groups such as SCA Property Group, Home Consortium, Altis Property Partners, Fortius Funds Management, Mapletree, and Aqualand. Bibiana has held roles with CBRE and the Audit Office of New South Wales, as well as within several chartered accounting firms.
Bibiana is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets including 9 years focused on multi-strategy investment management. Kevin was based in Hong Kong and worked at Stark Investments and its spin-off, OCP Asia for 9 years as a Portfolio Manager of their Australasian and Greater China portfolios. During this time, he managed investments across multiple asset classes including equities, credit and privates. Kevin’s prior experience also includes 8 years in investment banking at JPMorgan in both Australia and Hong Kong where he focused on mergers & acquisitions as well as equity capital and derivatives markets.
Justin is a Managing Director at Realside Capital and is responsible for origination, execution and asset management of transactions.
Justin has more than 12 years’ experience in financial markets, the majority of which have been in principal investing and asset management. Prior to joining Realside, Justin worked at Goldman Sachs as an Executive Director in the Australian principal investment area (formerly known as the special situations group). Justin has extensive origination and asset management experience in both corporate and real estate investments and was part of the leadership team that deployed and managed over A$6bn in private debt and equity investments.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours in Finance) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Joanna is a Managing Director at Realside Capital and is responsible for the investment execution, transaction management and the asset management of the existing portfolio.
Joanna has more than 15 years’ experience in investment and fund management, most recently as a Director for Barings’ Asia-Pac real estate credit platform. Joanna has broad experience across numerous jurisdictions including Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand. Her background includes investment and asset management experience in both direct real estate investments and credit.
Joanna holds a Master of Science (Psychology) from the University of Canterbury.
Brett has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and over 10 years in the Funds Management industry. Brett was previously the Chief Operating Officer for Atrium Investment Management. Brett has also held roles as General Manager for the Australian chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association (“AIMA”) and Chief Operating Officer for Brevan Howard, one of the world’s largest hedge fund managers. Brett was Chief Operating Officer for Brevan Howards Jersey office and was also an executive director for a number of their investment management entities around the world. In addition, Brett trained as a chartered accountant with PWC working in both their Sydney and Jersey offices.
Chris Cuffe has more than 30 years of experience in building successful investment management businesses at Colonial First State Investments and Challenger Financial Services Group. Chris is a non-executive director of various listed investment companies and a member of the investment committees of a number of ultra-high net worth families, the $4bn Paul Ramsay Foundation and UniSuper Limited. He is also the Chairman and founder of Australian Philanthropic Services, a not‐ for‐profit organisation that inspires effective philanthropy, and provides education and practical support for individuals and advisers. Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of Finsia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. He received the Australian Fund Managers Hall of Fame award in 2017 and was also appointed as an Officer in the General Division of the Order of Australia in the same year.
Adnan is an Investment Director at Realside and is responsible for leading relationships with Realside’s capital partners, with a focus on both capital raising and investor relations.
Adnan has more than 11 years’ experience in financial markets, the majority of which have been in capital raising and investor relations. Prior to joining Realside, Adnan worked at Morrison & Co, where he was a senior member of the investor solutions team that raised over US$8.5bn. Adnan commenced his career as a lawyer at Allen & Overy across their Sydney and Amsterdam offices focused on M&A transactions.
Adnan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours – Class I) from Macquarie University. He is a qualified solicitor and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Blake has over 3 years of experience working across Private Credit investment mandates and Corporate & Institutional Banking.
Prior to joining Realside, Blake worked in the Corporate and Leveraged Finance team at Metrics Credit Partners where he gained experience investing across the capital structure for a diverse range of borrowers, ranging from investment grade to high yield. The team’s broad mandate allowed Blake to gain experience in a range of transaction structures including mid-market leveraged buyouts, primary syndications, secondary trades, and subscription finance transactions.
Blake began his career in NAB’s Corporate and Institutional Banking division, where he worked on corporate finance transactions across a range of industries in the Diversified Corporates team in NSW and VIC.
Blake holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) degree from the University of Sydney.
Matthew is an experienced investment professional with experience across leveraged and acquisition financing.
Prior to joining Realside, Matthew worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Leveraged Finance team at Goldman Sachs. Matthew was focused on providing commercial and financial advice for a broad range of corporate clients and financial sponsors. Matthew was involved in acquisition financing and capital markets transactions across a range of industries including real estate, education, consumer, retail and health care.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance Major) from the University of Adelaide.
Sally is an investment professional with a background in corporate advisory and financing.
Prior to joining Realside, Sally worked in Investment Banking in General Industrials at Morgan Stanley. There, she worked on over A$10Bn cumulative transaction value in M&A and debt advisory across a range of sectors including healthcare, real-estate, consumer, and infrastructure.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales. She is an admitted solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
